Business Conciliation

Through my collaborations in UK and foreign environments, I have been asked on a number of occasions to act as a conciliator between competing companies, or between companies collaborating on particular projects, or even between different departments in large multinational organisations.

I have completed several courses/programmes on conciliation, and stay in touch with advisors in this field. In this context, I have collaborated for many years with academics and advisers who applied the results of industrial psychology to every day management.

Obviously, I am not able to divulge the clients for whom I have carried out such activities, but can say that they were engineering companies in Germany, two different departments in a major company active in the Aerospace industry, and two divisions of a large retail group.
