Coaching & Mentoring for senior managers & directors
When setting up new companies, or assisting HR departments in on-boarding new executives, I have acted as a coach or mentor for the managers concerned. This is particularly important when (for example) managers, who have been intensively involved in scientific or technical activities , need to take over larger departments, where they need to manage a larger number of non-technical staff. Similarly, support is often needed when managers are transferred from their native countries to posts in foreign subsidiaries or licensees. Since I have been in such positions myself, I have a good insight into the likely problems, and have insights into the possible solutions.
